Being a Chartered Accountant, he possesses a great acumen in the field of Finance and Accounts. Having working experience of around a decade in Integrated Steel Plant having capcity of 0.4 mn ton capacity of Maithan Ispat Ltd as GM Finance located in Jajpur, Orissa, he possesses good command over operational management. Furthermore, continuing the same of line of business till date, he has good connects across the industry which again will help us to bag good orders.

Having a good command over matters relating to Statutory Compliances and Overseas requirement, he adds strength to the Company. He is currently acting as Executive Director is responsible for managing all the statutory compliances and banking activities.

Belonging from a business family, she has a good acumen of understanding various commercial laws and regulations. Further being on her board further strengthens the Corporate Governance of the Company.
